Non-functioning keyboard

My keyboard does not work in Safe Mode. I went into the
BIOS to check things and found no reference to the
keyboard except in the log section - Preboot-Non-
Functioning Keyboard.
I tried another keyboard with the same result. Both
keyboards work fine otherwise.

Any suggestions?
