Non Delivery Report for non-existant user.

An international user has sent an email to a Distribution List and recieved
an NDR for a user who no longer works for the company. All we can think of is
the user who is producing the NDR is in someones account as a delegate.

How can we track in what account this user has an entry?

This question may be better answered in the Exchange group.

However, this issue came up not too long ago and I am going to copy
and paste some of the information that was shared by the Exchange
guys.

Answers below are based around the following configuration:
Exchange 2003SP2 running on Win2003SP2, most users are
Outlook 2003.

Mark Dewell suggested:
How about using message tracking to see what messages were received by
the disabled account that is generating the OOF. This should then show
you who is forwarding/delegating to that disabled account.

Derek Harris suggested:
I had the same problem recently, and this query in ADUC helps me locate
all of the users with delegates: (&(publicDelegates=*))
My list is short, so I can dig through each one to find the culprit,
and then use ADSI Edit to remove the delegates.
