Non-breaking Space

How do I insert what used to be called a "sticky space", that is a
non-breaking space that keeps words together at the end of a line? For
example, to keep "Title VII" together so that it doesn't break into "Title"
at the end of a line and "VII" at the beginning of the next line. Using Word
2003.
