Hi

I am trying to get a Nomad Jukebox 3 up and runing but my computer does not recognise the new hardware.
I am using a IEEE 1394 Cable (FIREWIRE) but this doesn't seem to be helping, I have tried the USB cable but that just come up with the message new hardware not recognised.
I am in touch with the Creative helpline at the moment and i have downloaded patches and firmware, nothing seems to be working.
I am runing Windows XP home edition, i wondered if any one out there can help me?
Thanx

I'd suggest using Real Player and visiting their device
driver site - they have lods of plug ins that might be of
use
