noisy CD Rom driver/motor

My Lite-on Cd Rom is making so much motor noise, and my
warranty has run out in JUly 2003. Does anyone know how
to reach their website/ Or do you know what causes this?
computer Dell 4500s. Should I be shopping for a
replacemnt and upgrading to a CD-DVD rom? All
suggestions welcome. Thanks
