No wyay to open in normal mode

Every time I try to open MW I get the warning:
Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience. The info you are workin on... MW can try to recover
your work.
(There is a check mark with: Recover my work and restart MW)
Tell Microsoft about thge problem. When I check "Recover my work and restart
MW" and click either send or not send Error report I see : "Word is currently
recovering your document" and without finishing it I get the message: Word
failed to start correctly last time. Do you want to start word in safe mode?
Is ther any way I can gat back to normal mode?
