No Windows Media in the SP2 verson of Internet Explorer!

Has anyone noticed that in the Windows XP, PS2 version of Internet
Explorer there is no Windows Media? In the PS1 version you could go
to View/Explorer Bar and fine Media. That is missing in the PS2
version! That means you can't play streaming MP3, MPG etc. inside
Internet Explorer. You have to completely download whatever and play
it on another screen.
Is there a fix to that problem???

This probably isn't the best site for that question. Probably an IE developers
site or Windows XP developers site.
