no user names

I just got a new computer, turned it on and got the set up. Apparently I did
something wrong at the "who will use this computer" screen because I am at
the "to begin click your user name" screen and there are no user names to
click. I can't go forward because there are no user names to log on with and
I can't go back to fix it because my only other option seems to be "turn off"
Now what do I do?

press ctrl+alt+del twice to get the logon box
put your credentials and logon to windows and then check user accounts from
control panel
