no USB support

Frequently when my computer boots up, there is no USB support (none of my
USB devices is recognized). A reboot or two usually alleviates the problem.

Any suggestions for a cure?
 
Try disconnecting your usb devices and rt click MyComputer>select
Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>USB Controllers. Rt click on each one
and choose Uninstall. Restart and let XP reinstall them.
