No toolbar in My Computer

Help! I need to know how to display the toolbar in My
Computer in Windows 2000 Professional. I've tried
everything I can think of and I can't get it to be
displayed. Also, there isn't a back button. Help!
 
What have you tried. Right-clicking in any window space will allow you to
view a tool bar. Choose standard, and you then have access to the View menu
which will enable you to configure as you like.

Otherwise, is there a GPO in place that is severely locking down the Windows
Explorer interface?
