No Tile for Web Page Background - FP 2003

New User - Set up page background to show picture. How do I stop the picture
from repeating? I know the basics on html and read some similar questions,
but could not figure it out. My code currently is:
<body background="Sara%20Home%20Crop.jpg"></body>
Thanks in advance!
 
1. Remove all spaces from folder and file names.

2. If the page doesn't have a theme applied, right click on the page, then page properties, then
background and select Watermark.
