No Task Scheduler in Services

I have no Task Scheduler at all listed in services. When the Server was
loaded (the person) had some issues(they are no longer around and I do not
have the details). Short of reload is it possible to try and install just
that service.

Reload IE6 - the Task Scheduler is bundled with it.

This did not work, I installed IE6 SP1 and selected to overwrite all the
files.
Was there a different method to reinstallation? I used the ie installer
which directed me to the web for the actual files.
