Why do you want to have the "virus"? There are many free tools to get rid of
such stuff.

You mean the virus disabled the Task Manager? That (disabled Task
Manager) is usually not all that hard to fix. I don't know if it will
run as a service but you can try SysInternals Process Explorer:

Having a virus on a server is bad news. I would consider such a server
compromised and would rebuild it (or, in my case, restore the most recent
image that I have). Furthermore, installing a different task scheduler does
not fix your problem. It only hides a symptom. It is like using a pain
killer all the time because you have an infection under a tooth.
