no task manager

i cant locate task manager. if i click on the taskbar,
it appears in the menu but when i click on it, nothing
happens.
i always did a search in files and folders and there was
nothing with task manager deteted except in the help and
support

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.
