Open up my "MSCONFIG" and under "Start" tab there is no
"SysTray" application or check box. On file search,
"SysTray" is in "C:\Windows\System32". Don't I need
Systray in startup? And if so how do I get it there??

The fact that is not loaded means that you do not need it. Windows
will load the software automatically if necessary.
