no system restore folder

Hello
I have aproblm with a virus w32.spybot.worm and I can not
clean it because I can not aceess the system restore
folder, as I double click it they say that SRRSTT.dll was
not found. Hw can I fix it and turno off my system
restore to clean this virus, thanks
