No Spyware ever found!!!

Apart from the first scan, where the application found
two critical objects, it has never found any others,
whereas AdAware, which I have installed, always finds on
average two of the things!! Any ideas folks as to why
this could be?

Just ran AOL on the same system as MS. (did not remove
probelms so both had the same scan chances) AOL found six,
MS found zero. I think MS has some serious work to do.....

Technically, they are not. If you consider them an invasion of privacy,
then the web browser would be the spyware, since it's the software that uses
them. Having the software warn you that you have IE or Firefox installed
obviously makes no sense. The solution that other spyware products took is
to consider cookies when doing a scan and flag tracking cookies.

If you consider them a problem, then use one of the other products too. MS
finds things that the others miss and vice versa. Plus, it's beta. If users
find that not objecting to cookies is a major problem, then Microsoft will
have to take that into account.
