I have a motherboard with onboard sound. I had to reinstall Windows XP because of lockup problems and now I have no sound. The system says I have no sound device installed. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Get the CD that came with the motherboard and look for the audio
drivers...and install. If you don't have the CD go to the MB maker web site
and find the drivers.
