NO SOUND

I was putting some of my music into Musicmatch Jukebox when all of a sudden
it shut down. Since that time, I cannot play CD's (or any of the music files
on my system) with Media player or musicmatch. Audio / video files from the
web = no audio. The only thing that I've found that is audible is the "PC
Beep" !
I am using an external MAudio soundcard and regular desktop speakers w/
subwoofer and the volume is up on the speakers, Windows sound control, & the
soundcard.

Any help is appreciated.

The message No Audio would tell me it is NOT a problem with the External
Sound Card nor the wire connecting it to the computer. I would try
UNINSTALLING both players from your computer, rebott, reinstall one of them,
reboot and see if it works, at that point if it does, reinstall the other and
reboot and see if it still works.
Make sure you have all of the Latest Updates and patches for your hardware
and the software that will be utilizing your hardware.
