no sound

When i start up the laptop i have no sound and i can shut down the laptop and
wait about 15 min and restart then sometimes i have sound again sometimes not
what do i need to do.

Sound problems are usually caused by icorrect drivers - after an upgrade.
To solve this problem try the following
Go to Control Panel and click on System then Hardware and Divice manager -
skip down to the sound card and open the list . right click the device in
question and click update driver. Let the auto functin find an updated
driver.
If this does not work go the manuf website and look for an updated driver
there
