No sound when new hotmail arrives on Outlook 07

Is there any way that Outlook 2007 can be configured to play a sound when I
get new email from my hotmail account? This is the only email address I use
through Outlook, so my Personal Folders aren't used. I've already checked the
box in the options to play a sound when new email arrives, but sadly it
doesn't.
 
Do you have a Hotmail subscription that allows you to use the MSN Outlook
Connector like a MSN Pemium subscription?
