No sound no nothing anymore!

I download Itunes on to my laptop. It took away the sound on my computer, I;m
angry I can not fix it. When I go to the sound/ Audio section is tells me
there is nothing there and i can not click on any of the boxes. It's all
untouchable. I'm very angry. I uninstalled Itunes thinking it would fix the
problem but it didn't. I even tried to restore my computer. Please help me
ASAP!
 
Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight all of the sound devices,
Action menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers
again automatically.
