No sound in movie

I'm recording a movie from VHS tape through the video and a single audio output jack on a VCR. These outputs go to a Dazzle Video Creator 80 converter to my USB port on my computer. Using Windows Movie Maker 2 i can capture (and view) the video but cannot get the program to recognize any audio input source but ADC, (whatever that is) and therefore I have no audio.
I can get video and audio with the identical hardware setup using Movie Star 5 (another program) which has other limitations but I would prefer to use WinMovie Maker
How do I get Movie Maker to recognixe the audio from Dazzle Video Creator 80.

When I capture using a Dazzle 80, my audio device is Pinnacle DVC 80 and the
input source is automatically set as ADC.... and it works fine.

Some people can't get the audio included unless they run it into their sound
card during capture. See the Analog Video Capture > Dazzle page of my site.
