2003; it's even been expanded, actually.
Perhaps you didn't install them?
Or do you have your own SmartTag DLLs that were created for
Word 2002? In that case, they may not be registered
correctly for Word 2003 to recognize them.

No, SmartTag functionality is still available in Office
