No Sharing Tab to start ICS

Don't know if any one can help, I want to activate ICS but there is no
sharing tab available on any of the Network or dialup connections I have. I
have checked to see if ICS is running as a service and that is OK.

The machine is a Dell Latitude LS, running Windows 2000 Professional Service
pack 4. The machine has a single Ethernet port and I am running a USB
connected ADSL model.

Any help/advice much appreciated.

That is the problem with an USB-modem. It doesn't show up as a
networkconnection.
