ICS - Sharing tab does not exist!

I have a W2K PC and am trying to set up ICS.
I have set it up OK on other PC's.
However, the sharing tab just does not exist on my ADSL
modem, even though I am logged on as administrator.
I suspect this is because loads of stuff has been disabled
when the PC was setup.
I really don't want to re-install it.
Help!

You can only have the sharing-tab on a dialupconnection or lanconnection.
How do you connect to your ADSL-modem?
