No "Sharing" tab on my Internet Connection Properties dialog

B

Bill Wright

I'm trying to share my cable internet connection on my
Windows 2000 machine. The help at:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;237254

Says this:

In Control Panel, double-click Network and Dial-Up
Connections.
Right-click the connection you want to share, and then
click Properties.
Click the Sharing tab, and then click to select the Enable
Internet Connection Sharing for this connection check box.

My problem is that I don't have that "Sharing" tab. Why is
that? How can I share my Internet connection. Very
frustrating... Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bill
