no server found with Login credentials present

Several PC's are running Windows 2000 Professional and are
joined to a Domain controlled by a Windows 2000 Server;
Users try to login and on every attempt the users gets a
message stating that there is no server found with Login
credentials present. What is the solution?
 
Are those workstations joined to the server? Are they loggin into the
domain? How many nics in the server?
