No send button

Outlook 2002 SP2 on a Win XP Pro machine connected to Exchange Server.

I have encountered a problem I have never seen before. My Outlook compose
mail windows no longer have a send button. In its place it the "Accounts"
drop-down box. When I click on it, the list is empty. I have tried six
ways to Sunday to get a message to send, but this is disabled.

Here's what I've tried so far:

Rebooted (of course).
Repaired Office XP through add/remove programs. Reported successful, but
problem persists.
Deleted my exchange account and profile from Outlook, rebuilt. Problem
persists.
Uninstalled Outlook. Performed fresh install. Problem persists.

Has anyone ever encountered this before? If anyone can help, I would
greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.
Tom

Please disregard. I deleted my profile again, and this time started Outlook
w/ no profile to help it reset, and when it prompted to build a profile, I
went through it, and now I have a send button once again. Bizarre.

Thanks, anyway.
