I originally had outlook 2002 and just used HTTP e-mail and after setting up
a new pop3 e-mail account in the tools menu wizard, I have no send button in
new compositions. The only thing in its place is an "acccounts" dropdown
button which has neither of the set up e-mail addresses available to select.
I have now removed office completely and re-installed with an upgrade to
office 2003 and the issue has carried forward. I removed my HTTP e-mail from
my list of accounts and the issue is still there. Now I don't even have a
send/recieve button after upgrading.
I have removed all accounts on the list, closed and re-opened outlook,
opened new account wizard, set up pop3 account as per ISP's instructions,
tested account connection which worked fine, finished wizard, closed and
re-opened outlook and it still doesn't have a send button in composition or
send/recieve button.
I have tried everything, I don't have MS word checked as mail editing
preference and outlook even manages to connect to my hotmail account to view
hotmail inbox, yet somehow it still doesn't have a send button in
compositions.
