No search engines available on line

Each time I type www.google.com in the address bar it
says the page is unavailable. I know it is some setting
on the computer and not the internet provider. Please
advise what is set wrong. I am going crazy!

Helen, sounds like you have the Trojan Qhost virus. Scan
your computer with your antivirus. Then go to this site
and get the removal tool..
