No Screenshots visible from Outlook 2007 email

Hi all,

Within Philips Global we are in the middle of a massive rollout of Outlook
2007 instead of Lotus Notes 6.0.3. At this moment we receive some calls about
people who can't see a screenshot (in Notes) when it sent by a Outlook 2007
email.
Is this a Microsoft issue or a Notes issue???

Depends, which method do you use to send screenshots?
What message format are you using?
Does the message size on the Notes client indicate that the message should
contain more than just text?
