No Run Command in Start Menu

I cannot see anywhere to select "Run" Command on my "Start Menu".

I have confirmed that the relevant box has been checked via Control
Panel>Taskbar and Start Menu>Start Menu>Customise>Advanced.

I can get the "Run" window if I use "Windows KEY" +R.

Why can't I get it in my Start Menu?

If you are on a network, it could have been disabled by your system
administrator. Otherwise, check the registry at
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StartMenu\StarMenuRun\Policy\NoRun
It should only show (Default). If there is anything else there, delete
it.

(Don't forget to back up your registry first)
