Now is holidays? or audio term of microsoft in vacation?

Because i sent the some questions to them, but until today
not receive any information to me!

I don't know whether they can receive, because I sent
again today!! hope someone can remind them.

Why do you think you are sending a question to Microsoft simply by posting
here? More than likely your question will be answered by someone external to
Microsoft, but does this for a living. Not all questions get answered ...
those that read it may not know the answer, it was so poorly worded the
reader did not want to waste time in trying to figure out what you asked, or
the answer may be an obvious one if you had only read the documentation and
no one wanted to waste time babysitting you.

So ... having preached my sermon I would suggest you write a clearly stated
question in the best English you can, and post it again.
