No programs on Taskbar

I can't see any programs on my taskbar. The programs are running but I cant
see them on my taskbar so I have to use alt+tab all the time to switch
programs.... Does anyone have a sollution to this problem?

Question: The problem is that when the Quick Launch toolbar is selected to
display on the Taskbar, none of the icons for the open windows are visible
in the Taskbar.
