No printers installed?

Hi there,

I am responsible for many Terminal Services clients,
accesssing both loacaly and remotely. The problem I'm
having is that the printer installed on one remote users
users local machine seems to be loading properly into her
terminal server session but when she tries to print from
Outlook it tells her there are no printers installed. I
even had her look at the printers folder and sucessfully
printed a test page to the printer in question. I tried
to take over her terminal server session to see what
printers she has available but when I take over it shows
my printers not hers. How can I make this printer work?

Please help!
Thanks in advance,
Denise

While she is in her session, can she print a test page to
her own printer? Have you tried changing the drivers for
that printer through a modified ntprint.inf file?

She can print a test page from the terminal server
session but when in Outlook it tells her that no printers
are currently installed. I have not tried modifying the
ntprint.inf file, I'm not sure where to find it or what
to do to it.

Thanks,
Denise
