No preview available

More often than not (but not all the time), when choosing from files on my desk top a photo to insert (I use either the paper clip or Insert) into an email, I cannot see the preview thumbnails as I used to .It used to work very well and everytime for jpg files
Can anyone help?.

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
