No preference tab in Outlook Express 6

I want to stop AIM from running when starting Outlook. That option should be
under preferences but, there is no preference tab

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
