no POST, can't boot into BIOS???

Hi,
I've just bought a new motherboard and CPU, I am sure
they are compatible, and everything has already plugged
in correctly, but how come there's no POST, no beep
sound, and can't even boot into the BIOS, the whole
screen is blank?

I'd have to say that something isn't connected correctly. You have the
motherboard, and the manual, not us. You'll have to verify all the
connections and jumper settings.

Pull the lead for the reset switch and see if that helps. I've seen this in
a few circumstances. If the case button is pressing the rest button switch
in and holding it there then the system is continually resetting , resetting
, resetting. You get no post beeps, no video or anything because the system
is simply resetting itself. If that proves to be the problem please post
back.
