No pitchures of Office icons on shortcuts

Hello,
All of my Office Icons have their pitcures missing. What do I need to do to
fix it. I have Office XP 2003 . Thank you.
 
Tried a repair on Office already? If you are running Windows XP you can use
the TweakUI Powertoy from Microsoft to rebuild your icon cache.
