I do get pictures on web sites, but on some pages I only get an empty
rectangle or square with a small square with a red cross in it at the top
left. How can I get to see those pictures?
TIA

Hi,

This can be caused by a variety of problems. The most common problems are

However, the following KB articles may also prove relevant:

If, after reading and attempting the above links, you continue to have problems,
please feel free to post a reply. Further, if you have any questions, don't
hesitate to ask.

Altrus

Hi Ben :)

In addition to the very good information Altus has provided, you might also

Zone Alarm Pro can block Images in IE

1. Go into IE>Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom level>reset custom
level to Medium or Low
2. Go into IE>Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>set the slider to Medium or Low
3. Uncheck "remove private headers" for all sites.
4. Go to this site and read on adjusting the Privacy settings in ZA. It will
explain how to customize on a per site basis.

Hope this helps :)
