no picture

i tryed to upgrade my video card and all kinds of problems
occured...so i messed around with the set up(f2 upon
bootup) and now i am getting no picture... i can hear
windows log on but cannot see anything... help!!!

Boot the system, press F2 just like last time and go to whatever you changed
and reset it.. then when Windows starts to boot, press F8 to enter safe
mode.. fix the video driver from there..
