How do we get into another person's Outlook Express
identity without their password?

An employee has left the company abruptly. There are
important email messages that we need access to in their
account but we don't have the password for their identity.

I don't see an option for the administrator to re-set the
password. How can we get in and get those emails???

How do we get into another person's Outlook Express

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. However, without any way to verify
that what you say is true, you may find that people don't want to help you
break into someone else's mail.
