No password changed event log entry

This is strange.

I have a Windows 2000 Server.

I am changing a password for user and there is no entry in event log
that password has been changed.

Any particular Audit settings I need to turn. I would have thought
this would be done by default anyways.

Please advise.

you have to set audit account management which is by
defualt no auditing (no log)
