No Of Concurrent Downloads .

When downlaoding from websites it seems that I am limited to two at anyone
time and I cannot navigate further through the site until one of the
downloads has completed ..Is this to do with IE or the site tthat controls
this ..Is there a way of increasing the number of downloads that I can
make at any one time or would it help if I used something like Getright
etc .?
