no news tab

I lost my news tab on the view menu in outlook. I've tried a reinstall and a
repair of office 2000 but still no joy.
Does anyone have any ideas.

Try the following:

Right click on your Outlook Toolbar and select Customize and then the
Command tab. Select Go on the left. Scroll down on the right to you find
News. Now you can move it back to the toolbar or Go menu.

If the above does not work, try posting in an Outlook newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.outlook.general.
