No News reader

M

Using Office 2003 on xppro sp2.
I added the "News" button to the tool bar and used the newsreader (outlook
express) for a week. Today when I hit the news button I was taken to a
"1033" folder within the office directory.
So I figured something corrupted and removed the newsbutton by dragging it
off the tool bar with the customise dialog open.
Now I can't add it! The news button isn't on the list in command anywhere,
or on any other list either. What happened and how can I get it back?
I had to start OE manually to get this message out.
Help?
