No more new fonts may be applied to this workbook

I have a workbook with all arial fonts between size 8 and 14.
As soon as I add more than 19 worksheets I get the error "No more new fonts
may be applied to this workbook". I have tracked it down to the Footers and
Headers. If I remove these I no longer get the message. I really need these
footers in there. Does anyone know if this is a limitation of some sort
within Excel ? I have another workbook which contains more sheets that I do
not get this error. There must be some combination that I am doing which
gives this error. Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, I changed the fonts back to standard and it did the job.
I was amazed that I hit the limit as I only had 19 Worksheets....

Are you applying the formats to the used range or all cells (whole columns/rows)?
