No message from the replyer?

Sometimes I get reply's from people with no new text, only my old sent text.
This appears both in preview pane and when i open it. Sometimes it work to
mark it as unread and then open it again...sometmes not.

Anyone who can help?

Version of Outlook? Message format? HTML, Plain Text, Rich Text?
