*No* MEG-2 decoders?

Hard ware:LG DRD8160B
After installation PowerDVD 7 (Trial):
(1)Windows XP Video Decoder Checkup
Utility:
"There are no MPEG-2 decoders
installed on this computer".
(2)dvdupgrade detect:
Detected DVD decoders
DShow
Name: CLVSD.ax
company name cyberlink corp
Version: 6.0.2.2806

W2k Upgrade = no
Win9x Upgrade = no

(3) When I want to start a DVD:"no disc in drive D.
What kind of problem is this? Hardware of software?
Before I had the same problem when using PowerDVD ver 2.55.
Help and info appreciated!
